Our client, a firm of solicitors with several offices across the South of England, asked us to review its complicated bonus systems, the legacy of numerous mergers.

We designed new incentive and profit sharing arrangements for implementation across the firm that were both simpler and supported the firm’s strategy.  The new arrangements were successfully implemented by the firm.
